Your talent

When it comes to borders, depending on where we come from and where we are going, according to the passport we hold and the reason we're travelling, not all of us are equal. At Cooptalis, we know your talent will be your passport to the world.

Employment as a starting point

We know how complicated looking for a job can be when you’re doing it from a distance.

Language, culture, CV format, time differences, misunderstanding what’s on your CV: to help you overcome these obstacles, our recruitment team evaluates the feasibility of your project, advises you and connects you with our partner companies around the world.

Knowing whether your diploma is recognised across borders and understanding which countries are looking for professionals like you are unavoidable prerequisites.

Your recruitment path

1: Selection of your CV

When you send us your application, a team of experienced recruiters specialised by country and business line will analyse your CV.

You will receive an answer from us whether or not your application is accepted.

3: Cooptalis selection interview

During this interview, we deepen the discussion around your career path, your expectations and the position that interests you.

This is where we get to know you better. Special attention will be paid to your ability to integrate and to adapt to your future employer. This discussion takes place either in our offices if we are present in your country, or by video conference.

5: Employment proposition

Congratulations, our partner has accepted your application and wishes to make you a proposition! Together we will finalise the conditions of your employment: package, type of contract, start date, working conditions etc.

2: Analysis of your project

When you apply for a job abroad, a more thorough analysis of your application is required than in a classic recruitment procedure.

Visa eligibility, recognition of your diploma abroad, salary expectations and required living standards, long term or temporary expatriation: these important elements are taken into account to ensure the feasibility of your project. These are the first things you will discuss with our consultants, usually over the phone.

4: Interview with your future employer

Just like you did in the selection interview, you will discuss your career path, your ambitions and your motivations. This is an opportunity to learn more about your potential future employer’s corporate culture or ways of working.

This interview can take place in your country of residence if at all possible for the employer, or otherwise via video conference.
Depending on the case, you can undertake several interviews of this type with different people.
